Hi! My name is Sara (Ray) Spencer, the owner and founder of Raya! The name "Raya" comes from my maiden name, Ray. I am a 22 year old girl from Knoxville, TN who has always been an entrepreneur. Right now, I live in Springville, UT as I finish my degree in UX design at BYU. 

As someone who is a member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints, it has always been such a challenge to find modest dresses that covers our garments and are ACTUALLY CUTE. That is where the idea of starting a modest dress boutique came from. 

At Raya, we pride ourselves on offering quality and stylish clothing that helps every woman express themselves. All of our dresses are handpicked by me, Sara! Fashion is something that I have always loved. Throughout high school and college I would express myself through different styles and combinations of clothing.
